Princeps Boutique Hotel

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was excellent. The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to bus stop and Termini station and the airport. Stopped by Arduini Dolci di Sezze to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

I only stayed 2 nights, though the staff were happy to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The room was compact and brand-new with smoke detectors for my safety.

We liked staff and rooms, felt like home. The room was spotless with all usual facilities, had wake-up service, that's cool. The restaurant was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Every detail in this hotel was lovely, I loved staff and location. I was offered a tasty breakfast with best crispy bacon. The property of choice in Rome.

Loved hotel' s staff and drinks, had a fine stay for our long weekend in Rome. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

It was only a short distance to Gallo Matto, where you can have lunch.

The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Palazzo delle Esposizioni. A lot of food options next to the venue.

My favourite hotel in Rome, the staff was very professional. The bed was lovely and the restaurant was nice and had plenty of food. Absolutely perfect and silent room, beautiful bathroom. A continental breakfast was available.

We really enjoyed the staff and rooms in this hotel. Bars and restaurants were close to the place. Also, an ancient Roman circus was max 25 minutes walk to.

I had an extra special experience overall. Though the view was incredibly beautiful, I had large bedroom. Spotless and interesting hotel in Rione Monti district. Property's restaurant served outstanding meals.

I have had a very special experience, this hassle free, spotlessly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Rooms with tidy big showers and minibar, as example. The staff was attentive and pleasant, everything was fabulous. Amazing and delicious food. Location just next door to the train station and Termini and the four fountains. Also, it was easy to get to a 5th-century church.

Fairly clean, brilliant location, very responsive staff. The breakfast was savoury with plenty of meals. The service was all in all exceptional. There were good internet and paid parking available.

The views were unpleasant and there were broken beds too.

Ideal location, a train station was near the hotel and huge room. All the staff I encountered were pleasant!

Solid breakfast with lots of options, cozy and fairly clean place. And I liked the proximity to stores and a bakery in Rome. Staff - beautiful, and was willing to help. Efficient check-in, late check-out.

This nice little hotel has newly decorated rooms, located 9 miles from Ciampino airport. Comfy bed & prime position.
